Capacity Analysis Reporting
Fort Lee, VA

ERG developed and introduced the first CAR to streamline processes for developing NEPA documentation for the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Lee, VA, The CAR provides a proactive tool used in determining NEPA documentation requirements and serves as reference documentation for Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS’s). This allows for a substantially streamlined NEPA experience. This document can be maintained perpetually and used long-term, resulting in significant time and cost savings.

Environmental Impact Study
Langley-Eustis, VA

ERG preformed an Environmental Impact Study (EIS) and associated administrative record for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Fifth Generation Formal Training Unit at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), VA. The EIS which analyzed the beddowns of the F-22 FTU at JBLE-Langley and an additional F-35A FTU squadron at Eglin Airforce Base. In addition to development of the EIS, ERG supported bi-weekly project status meetings, provided support for the Record of Decision, and participated in the development of mitigation and monitoring plans for both installations. ERG developed and maintained a public website for the project and collected public comments submitted therein.

Environmental Assessment
U.S. Virgin Islands

ERG developed a Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region 10, U.S. Virgin Islands Housing Actions at St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas. This PEA was developed to support recovery efforts after Hurricanes Irma and Maria caused extensive damage to already aging public housing facilities.

Capacity Analysis Reporting & Environmental Assessment
Langley-Eustis, VA

ERG developed Capacity Analysis Reporting (CAR) documents and two Environmental Assessments (EAs) for the Joint-Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), VA. The process for creating CAR documents was streamlined by completing the first of the two EAs without the CAR to gather relevant information for the CAR documents which were then prepared. The CAR was deployed in developing the second EA. This highlighted how a CAR can be successfully used in the preparation of NEPA documentation.

Environmental Assessment
Langley-Eustis, VA

ERG performed an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The EA supported the development to centralizing services on the campus that pertain to the intelligence gathering mission at JBLE. The work was based upon actions documented with an Area Development Plan for a section of the former Langley Air Force Base.

Capacity Analysis Reporting
Texas and Louisiana

ERG developed capacity analysis reporting (CAR) documents for four individual Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) locations in Texas and Louisiana. The CAR provides a proactive tool used in determining NEPA documentation requirements and serves as reference documentation for Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS’s). This allows for a substantially streamlined NEPA experience. CAR documents have been deployed at SPR for future continual use by the SPR to determine and evaluate NEPA regulations and requirements.

Environmental Assessment
Langley-Eustis, VA

ERG completed and Environmental Assessment (EA) for Joint Base Langly-Eustis (JBLE), VA. The EA was required for a proposed action where Live Mission Operations Capability (LMOC) Facilities were to be created and used to support the Air Force throughout the United States. ERG preformed the EA to support the proposed action that would support exercise mission planning, execution, monitoring, and debriefing, as well as administrative functions. The EA provided necessary NEPA documentation to comply with federal regulations and requirements.

ERG knows environmental laws and regulations. Working with local, state, and federal customers, we conduct compliance evaluations, develop environmental management systems (EMS), and maintain compliance in plans, permits and other regulatory activities.
