DERP Support
Northeast Region
ERG provides full Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP) support at each of the facilities in the Army Environmental Command (AEC), Northeast Region, through on-site and remote on-site equivalent support, ERG provides support at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, Fort Detrick/Forest Glenn Annex, MD, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Arlington, VA, Fort Lee, VA, and Fort Walker, VA and the 99th Reserve Readiness Division. Additional support is provided to Fort Drum, Aberdeen Proving Ground, and Blossom Point Research Center.

PFAS Remediation Support
Northeast Region
ERG provides comprehensive support for managing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)-contaminated sites undergoing remedial investigations at several Army installations in the Northeast Region. These include the 99th Readiness Division, Scranton Army Ammunition Plant in Pennsylvania, Fort Buchanan in Puerto Rico, Letterkenny Army Depot in Pennsylvania, Watervliet Arsenal in New York, Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia (formerly Fort Walker), Fort Lee in Virginia (formerly Fort Gregg-Adams), Carlisle Barracks in Pennsylvania, Fort Meade in Maryland, the United States Military Academy at West Point in New York, Fort Drum in New York, and Fort Belvoir in Virginia. This contract was established to alleviate the burden on existing Installation Restoration Programs or, in some instances, to assist in the initial development of a Restoration Program where PFAS sites mark the first areas of investigation. ERG delivers full-service support encompassing site management, investigation, and remediation activities for these PFAS-impacted sites

CTC, RAB, TAPP, & On-site Support
Midwest Region
ERG to provides on-site support for the Army Environmental Command (AEC) across multiple installations in the Midwest Region. This included on-site assistance at Fort Leavenworth, as well as Comprehensive Technical Committee (CTC) documentation development support at Badger Army Ammunition Plant (WI), Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant (NE), Charles Melvin Price Support Center (MO), Marion Engineering Depot (OH), Joliet Army Ammunition Plant (IL), Longhorn Army Ammunition Plant (TX), Rock Island Arsenal (IL), Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (MN), Fort Riley (KS), Jefferson Proving Ground (IN), Dugway Proving Ground, Detroit, Pueblo Army Depot (CO), Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant (KS), Tooele Army Depot (UT), and Deseret Chemical Depot (UT). In addition to the on-site and CTC support, ERG delivered full Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) support at both Badger AAP and Twin Cities AAP, developed the Institutional Controls Database for Joliet AAP, and provided a Technical Assistance for Public Participation (TAPP) contractor for the Badger AAP RAB.

ERG provides Environmental Compliance Support to the U.S. Marine Corps conducting Benchmark Environmental Compliance Evaluations (ECE) at USMC installations worldwide, validates the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), conducts Environmental Management Review (EMR) data validation, ECE Team Training and assisting Headquarters Marine Corps with environmental compliance.

ERG provides Environmental Compliance Support to the U.S. Marine Corps conducting Benchmark Environmental Compliance Evaluations (ECE) at USMC installations worldwide, validates the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), conducts Environmental Management Review (EMR) data validation, ECE Team Training and assisting Headquarters Marine Corps with environmental compliance.
U.S. Army Garrison
ERG provides Environmental Compliance Support to the U.S. Marine Corps conducting Benchmark Environmental Compliance Evaluations (ECE) at USMC installations worldwide, validates the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), conducts Environmental Management Review (EMR) data validation, ECE Team Training and assisting Headquarters Marine Corps with environmental compliance.
Fort Gregg-Adams
An Installation Resiliency Plan, Oil and Hazardous Substance Contingency Plan, Tank Management Plan, updated SWPPP, an EMS Third Party Audit, and a Green Procurement Product List were services provided by ERG for comprehensive environmental compliance support for Fort Gregg-Adams, VA.
ERG knows environmental laws and regulations. Working with local, state, and federal customers, we conduct compliance evaluations, develop environmental management systems (EMS), and maintain compliance in plans, permits and other regulatory activities. And we do all of that with an eye toward sustainability and minimizing environmental impact.


ERG’s restoration experts conduct ecological assessments, develop restoration plans, and implement restoration activities. We help clients prepare and review Remedial Action Cost Engineering Requirements (RACER®) estimates, conduct reviews of Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), complete preliminary site assessments/site investigations (PA/SI) results and reports, facilitate Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) meetings, establish and maintain administrative records (AR) and information repositories (IR), develop cleanup guidance, and coordinate clean-up efforts with representatives of federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.

Administrative Record Development & Management
Digitization and indexing of Administrative Records and Information in accordance with Permanent Document Repository Guidance, determination of which documents belong in the AR/IR ensuring DERP compliance.
Institutional Controls Database Management
Institutional Control responsibilities tracking, management of site locations, document ownership, indicated type of institutional control, site feature layers such as monitoring wells, creation of legally-binding documents
