Spearheaded WEBCASS-E implementation, consolidating 19 Army environmental data systems into one platform that improved stakeholder visibility and generated $42M in annual information-system savings.
Provided strategic oversight of a $35M annual environmental technology portfolio, shaping Army RDT&E investments to advance innovative solutions for complex environmental challenges.
Managed a $20M annual environmental restoration program that remediated 120+ contaminated sites at Fort Wainwright while advising on complex PFAS contaminated soil and groundwater challenges.
Directed Net Zero initiatives at Fort Hood that secured $5M for renewable energy, water reuse, and waste reduction projects while implementing a single stream recycling program and building a new food waste compost facility increasing the landfill diversion rate by 30%.
Provided LEED certification technical guidance on 23 new construction projects by embedding sustainable design and development requirements into project scopes and design plans to provide low impact development strategies and conserve critical water and energy resources.
