Upon receiving a bachelor's degree in psychology, Josh jumped into the world of human resources as sole practitioner/head of HR for a several thousand employee firm in the transportation industry. After that, Josh led the human resources function in the construction and environmental industries, and is thrilled to have landed at ERG in 2025. During his journey, he has also had the opportunity to lead/support health & safety, risk management and payroll functions.
