As a Proposal Administrator with ERG, she helps lead end-to-end proposal development for municipal, governmental, and commercial efforts nationwide, consistently delivering competitive packages. Previously at Texas Disposal Systems, Inc., she advanced into management through proven performance, effectively leading administrative teams, and creating improved processes that earned support from multiple departments due to their organizational impact.

Professional Highlights
Helped retain three major Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Scientific Services contracts supporting ERG’s environmental portfolio.
Co‑led an internal training and development initiative to implement the Brainshark platform and produce multimedia content for employee onboarding, continuous‑education and management training, and periodic interdepartmental communications (including a fun, quarterly newsletter); the “Sales Academy” model earned recognition from corporate leadership and was later adapted for other departments, including Human Resources.
Served as an on‑site sustainability trainer during Austin FC’s inaugural full‑stadium matches, educating hundreds of fans on a new 3‑tier waste‑management model that helped establish Q2 Stadium as the nation’s “greenest” and only Total Resource Use and Efficiency (TRUE) Gold soccer-specific venue.
