Morgan Keel
Compliance and Natural Resources Lead
Morgan joined ERG as a wildlife biologist in 2009. She has extensive experience in the federal, academic, state, and private sectors. Her work has included wildlife surveys, including special status species, and research, including live capture, data collection, ground and aerial telemetry; habitat evaluations; and public outreach. At ERG, Morgan leads the compliance auditing and natural resources teams. Her main responsibilities include project management; leading environmental compliance audits; preparing and reviewing biological/environmental documents, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reviews, management plans, and survey reports; providing consultation support; and coordinating and participating in field efforts.
